If you haven’t heard already we are in a pandemic and haven become obsessed with immunity and health. For my family personally we have increased our vitamin C intake and tried to eat more vitamin C rich foods.
If you are not fond of chewable vitamin c, there are also different ways you can attain your vitamin C intake, like Orange Juice, strawberries, other types of citrus fruits, fruit smoothies, and so much more. Just do your research and you will find that there are various ways to get your vitamin C up.
