2. Sunscreen is only effective when wearing the right kind. Check the SPF, wear the appropriate one for the activities you will be participating in, and reapply if necessary.
3. Basics of a skincare routine. Cleanse, Tone, Moisturize and protect. To step your game up a bit, throw in a mask and exfoliant 1-2 a week.
4. If you have dry skin, keep a moisturizer and/or body lotion handy. Never let your skin get to the point where it’s so dry that your skin feels tight or itchy.
5. A good makeup remover should easily remove any eye makeup and mascara. If you find yourself cleansing roughly to remove your makeup, dirt and oil from your face, then chances are you may need a new product that works better ;-).
