REVIEW: “I have a collection of powder foundations, and this is one of those that I will be using quite often because of how it feels on my skin. Once applied it feels powdery but as the day goes on it dries to a lotion-like finish. I really like that it doesn’t feel heavy and caked on my skin, when that happens, it is usually a foundation that ends up on the back burner of all of my other foundations. But in this case, it is worth the price and covers well. ”
