USE SUNSCREEN

Use sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun’s harmful rays. There are so many to choose from, such as daytime moisturizers that have sunscreen built into them. Which you can use even when it is cloudy outside. UV rays are known to cause skin cancer, so follow this one for sure without fail.

EXERCISE

Exercise and sleep are essential too, not just for skincare but for your health as a whole. Lack of sleep can lead to wrinkles and not exercising can cause your skin to sag. Furthermore, exercise and sleep help with stress as well.
