Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, have you ever heard of that saying/quote? I truly believe that whatever you put out, will come back to you. For instance, I try my darndest to treat people how I would like to be treated wherever I am as I go about my day. You never know what someone may be going through so a little kindness goes a long way. A smile doesn’t hurt either :-).

I am sure you are thinking “Why are you writing about positivity and emotional wellness on a beauty website?”. I think it all goes hand in hand. If you don’t feel good on the inside and are just putting makeup on and going through the motions, it will eventually all come through in some way as you go about your day (good or bad).
