
Spring Refresh Face Mask
This mask combines hydrating, soothing, and revitalizing ingredients to give your skin a seasonal glow.
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt (soothes and hydrates skin; gently exfoliates)
- 1 teaspoon honey (natural humectant; locks in moisture)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (brightens skin; balances oil; has Vitamin C)
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats (gentle exfoliation; reduces redness)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, honey, and lemon juice together until smooth.
- Grind the rolled oats into a finer texture using a blender or food processor, then stir into the mixture.
- Apply the mask evenly to your clean, dry face, avoiding the eye area.
- Leave the mask on for 10–15 minutes while you relax.
- Rinse off gently with warm water and pat your face dry with a soft towel.
Tips:
- You can use organic ingredients for an extra skin-friendly touch.
- Use sunscreen after applying this mask, as lemon juice can make skin sensitive to sunlight.
