The Lavender & Frankincense Sugar Scrub is a super simple beauty recipe I have used countless times over the years. The caffeine in the coffee grounds firms the skin and helps reduce puffiness. Frankincense helps promote skin regeneration as it contains anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antioxidant properties. Lavender also contains robust antioxidant properties for the skin Use 1-2 times a week all over the body for smooth and supple skin.

1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar

2 Tablespoons Ground Coffee
